Promoted from Network Engineer to Technical Team Lead for DDI-Operations team. Created Perl tool to build nightly DDI HTML change statistical reports and to support Enterprise projects. Migrated from vendor proprietary Perl drivers to industry-standard REST API configurations. Migrated mail records (3,000 domains) using Perl and shell script automation because the DNS records weren’t included in the project. Within a few weeks, I had the whole thing implemented without any additional cost. Streamlined Perl code to add 30% accuracy and efficiency to import and validation process, to enhance security measures, and to reduce errors for an average of 1,000 to 10,000 nightly DDI object changes. Enhanced and maintained internal DDI Request System based on Perl CGI, Apache, jQuery, XHTML, XML and CSV code. Planned and began migration of team-managed Subversion code and configuration repositories to enterprise GitHub repository platform.

Provided engineering and support for enterprise DDI infrastructure, applications, and tools. Increased productivity by creating and enhancing automation using Korn Shell Scripts on Linux servers for DDI import processing and validation on VitalQIP and Infoblox IPAM solutions. Took lead in consolidating documentation during Wells Fargo and Wachovia merger and participated in migrating workflow and implementation systems and procedures for Analysts. Created first complete set of documentation and network diagrams using Visio, PDF, MS Word and SharePoint platforms.
